As part of the core product design team, I contributed across user research, UX design, prototyping, and iterative improvements. The result is a more unified experience that makes managing telco services simpler for millions of users.

Integrated into the Smart App, GigaPay simplified payments across multiple user journeys and helped drive up to ₱12 million in average daily revenue. I worked closely with the business team and led the UX and UI design of the payment module.

Built to streamline day-to-day property management, the platform focused on creating a more intuitive experience for customers. I led the UX and UI design while partnering closely with developers to ensure the experience remained consistent across both front-end and backend workflows.

The system simplifies time tracking, payroll processing, and employee management for enterprises. I worked closely with engineers and developers to design key workflows, focusing on clarity, usability, and a cohesive experience across specific parts of the platform.

Conceptual Telco Project
Explored how emerging Gen Z behaviors shape mobile data usage and digital expectations within the telco space. I worked as part of a team conducting user research on this demographic, and contributed to shaping both the product direction and the app experiences being designed for them.
